TCG直交轴齿轮减速电机系列

特点与用途

Characteristic and use

TCG系列减速机采用了准双曲面齿轮设计，性能上兼有蜗轮蜗杆齿轮的低噪音和伞齿轮的高效率特点：

·高效节能

双曲面齿轮的滑动摩擦较小功率高达98%，TCG系列减速机效率比蜗轮减速机提高15%-40%左右。

·体积小巧

准双曲面齿轮中心距比蜗轮副中心距离缩小30%，TCG系列减速机体积趋于小型化。

·低噪音

伞齿轮的啮合一般＜2齿，而准双曲面齿轮拥有＞2.5齿的啮合，其运转噪音比伞齿轮更低。

·高强度、长寿命

准双曲面由特殊钢材经过先进的加工工艺、渗碳硬化工艺，其强度、寿命远远高出蜗轮减速机；TCG系列齿轮减速机在设计时采用高强度的箱体设计、增大齿轴轴径、选用承载能力更强的高精度轴承，适用于对扭矩要求更加苛刻的工作场所。

·安装方便

不受输出轴方向限制，同时提供空心轴系列产品，让用户选用、安装更加灵活方便。

Allowable load for the gear motor

·转速是以电动机的同步转速为基准除以减速比而算出的数值。实际转速将随负载大小变化而比所示数值减少2-20%左右。

·当负载扭矩超过减速电机最大允许负载扭矩，并有堵转情况存在时，请在减速箱输出轴和负载连接处加装扭矩限制装置，确保齿轮减速箱正常运行。

·The speed is based on the synchronous motor speed reduction ratio as a benchmark 

calculated by dividing the value of. Actual speed will vary the size of the load 

changes in less than the values shown in 2-20%.

·When the load torque exceeds the maximum allowable load torque gear motor,and a 

locked  rotor situation exists,please slow down box at the junction of the output 

shaft and load torque limit device installed to ensure the normal operation gearbox.
